My name is Hope, I live in New Zealand and my favourite subject is Mathematics (it's my best subject... well kind of.) Isn't it funny that I'm trying to write a novel...
I'm not a really great writer but I've had this idea about writing a novel that I knew i would have to do.
For the past couple of years I've been told by many people that I'm not a great writer or that I - in other words - suck at English. It is only now that I've started to get my confidence back and that I've started to try and write again. I even managed to give a Excellence level speech this year!!!!
(Sorry about the sob story)
The idea for Queen of Hearts was one that I once dreamed about but never did anything about it. It seemed like such a weird dream at the time but now that I've written about the dream, it doesn't seem that bad. I hope that I do my idea justice although... it could take awhile. I have no idea where the characters came from but that doesn't really matter. The setting has a personal meaning.
